Though sometimes the 'Golden Years' seem more like tarnished brass, they are not the end of adventure. I invite you to follow me as I enjoy my days as a full-time life observer. I'll cover life, travel, food, gardening, whatever crosses my path.
When I was a little kid, my dad bought a used jag - 1955 or so. It had a sunroof and itchy wool seats. The sunroof was fun. Dad opened it up so I could stand and wave at people on Market st when the Giants won their first pennant. I believe that was 1961. Fun.
Good for you!

Snazzy! Here's hoping it's a lot better than your last one. Enjoy! ☺
ReplyDeleteI can't deny it, I'm jealous!
ReplyDeleteJust came back from a long ride around the area lakes. Just wonderful, but a little too cool to open the sun roof.
