My Bucket List - Canyonlands National Park

Do you have a travel bucket list?  I made one may years ago and have checked off several places.  I truly doubt that I will visit every place on my list, but on this trip I managed to check off three of them.  Here is one, Canyonlands National Park in Utah.  Alas, I am beyond the age of tromping on rough trails and camping in the wilderness.  But the views are incredible.  These are from the Grand View Point overlook.

    I think Utah was one of the most beautiful places we've ever visited. Ended up going there 3 times.

    This reminds me of parts of the Grand Canyon. I think we'll put Utah on our consideration for travel in 2019.

      Bryce, Zion and Arches are all 'must see', IMO.

    Fantastic place - I would love to see it for myself. You couldn't go tramping around, tut tut. The geology of that area must be fascinating too.

      There is a lot of slickrock, so you need good shoes. Twenty years ago I would have been climbing everything. Much more careful now, lol.
