Though sometimes the 'Golden Years' seem more like tarnished brass, they are not the end of adventure. I invite you to follow me as I enjoy my days as a full-time life observer. I'll cover life, travel, food, gardening, whatever crosses my path.

We Interrupt this Travelogue...
It was a very hot, very humid summer here with little rain to speak of. That has not been true today. What a change. They are even talking about freezing temps in our near future. I have been busy trying to clean the yard and grabbed the camera to take some pics of what is left of my flowers and garden. To make up for not posting all summer, here are more than enough pics to satisfy, all taken within the last three days. Hello fall.
Hopefully, I can get everything cut down over the next week. Who knows what spring will bring.

That garden is lovely, it certainly pays you for all the work you put into it.
