Rebel Alliance Starfighters

Anyone who has watched the very first Star Wars movie from 1977 can hardly forget those scenes with the fighter pilots in their X-wing crafts fending off the Empire's TIE fighters.

So imagine my surprise when I am watching Rogue One, released in 2016, and I see fighter pilots from Star Wars: A New Hope released in 1977.  I'm like "wow, these guys aged really well".

Turns out they used unused footage from the original movie.  I was quite proud that I noticed that since my son did not.

And to all our servicemen, whether in the air or on land or sea, thank you for your service.  Have a great Memorial Day.

    Good for you for noticing this...I would never have noticed that. This is quite the collection of sTar Wars costumes

      I had to pause the video and google. No one looks that good after 40 years, lol.

    Gosh, I don't remember and I did see the '77 film but ... Age I guess Denise.

      Scene is near the end when they are trying to destroy the Death Star.
