  2. I just read (was it you?) they are really Brussels waffles but most people didn't know Brussels was the capital so they changed the name. I have never eaten one but they do look good.

    1. It wasn't me who told you that. It was my first time having Belgian waffles and they were great. I'd only ever had thin waffles.

  3. Some truly lovely deserts! I'm a Blue Bell Homemade Vanilla drenched in Hershey's Chocolate syrup kinda girl myself.

    1. Ice cream in Europe is so much richer than ours. Unless of course I make my own at hmoe.

  4. Oh, sigh. But I must content myself with 1/2 cup of frozen yogurt. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

    1. Ha. I just had my light and fit Greek yogurt. It's back to counting calories for me.

  5. This looks like real food to me. I honestly can't remember the last time I had "real" full fat and sugar ice cream. It's become a very rare treat. Alas!

    1. I decided long ago that if I was going to have ice cream, it was the real thing or nothing. I do like low-fat frozen yogurt though.

    2. I do so agree with you Denise. I don't eat anything which is reduced fat. If I am going to eat it I eat the real thing or I just don't eat it.
