Jo, over at Jo on Food, Life and a Scent of Chocolate posted a Halloween joke the other day. The only joke I can remember is 'Why don't witches get pregnant?' 'Too many Holloweenies'. So I went to a site with bad Halloween jokes and found this one that I thought was cute:
'What do you get when you cross a vampire with a snowman?'
'Frostbite'
I see all these Halloween cards at Hallmark, but I've never sent one. I am sure there are lots of jokes on them cause what else would you write on a Halloween card? Well, I just had a thought about a graveyard, a certain presidential candidate and 'wish you were here', but I try to stay away from political discourse.
Looks to be another nice day even if it is not as warm as yesterday. And that means I still have to cut my grass. Though cutting grass is better than shoveling snow, so I will deal with it.
Have a great day.
LOL with the joke. I think I sent a handful of Halloween cards over the years. I liked shoveling snow when we lived in Montana except when you shoveled then it snowed later in the day and you had to do it again.

I like the presidential joke in particular Denise. Thank goodness we don't have to shovel snow or mow grass.
ReplyDeleteHe is definitely a bad joke. I'd take up praying if I thought it would help.
DeleteMy 18 year old grandson loves these kinds of jokes. I can't wait to tell him these two!!
ReplyDeleteI have no bad jokes for you. I hope this wonderful fall isn't the start of a bad joke. It got up to 68 today. Unbelievable, in upstate New York. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com
ReplyDeleteI don't know Halloween jokes but I have sent cards but just to 2 people. It is too warm and it's doing a number on me. I can't believe how many leaves are still on the trees.
ReplyDeleteAlways ready to enjoy a corny/silly joke. Keeps me young.
ReplyDeleteLast week, I received an email from a gift basket company saying time was running out to send a Halloween gift. I find it amusing that greeting card companies and florists are trying to make Halloween gift-giving a thing. That's not what it's all about!
