A Happy Fourth of July
I will be doing a recipe test today for Cook's Illustrated magazine: crispy chicken breasts; no barbecuing for me. Also, no dessert, since I have been on Weight Watchers for several weeks now and don't want to mess up a good thing.
But that doesn't mean that you should not enjoy something sweet. Here is a recipe from Driscoll's. I'll stick with my strawberries and Greek yogurt.

That looks a lot better than the usual syrupy mush put on cheesecakes.
ReplyDeleteHow are you doing on WW? I think its a great programme although I am not following it today, just using a programme (free) to record what I eat every day which I think is important. Are you using their online programme or going to meetings?
I used to be a lifetime member of WW. Then I shattered my leg. Weight gain happened. I am now doing it online. Losing about 2 lbs a week. I have a close friend who works for them but she holds meetings in downtown Detroit. Too far for me.
