A Happy Fourth of July
I will be doing a recipe test today for Cook's Illustrated magazine: crispy chicken breasts; no barbecuing for me. Also, no dessert, since I have been on Weight Watchers for several weeks now and don't want to mess up a good thing.
But that doesn't mean that you should not enjoy something sweet. Here is a recipe from Driscoll's. I'll stick with my strawberries and Greek yogurt.
