So many places to see...

Last year during the A- Z Challenge, I came upon this really cool tool for showing where I had been.  In the grand scheme of things, there are many, many places I still need to go to consider myself well-traveled, at least according to the maps.

I've provided the links so that you may make your own maps of where you have visited.  Enjoy.
The places I have visited:

visited 40 states (80%)
Create your own visited map of The United States

visited 5 states (38.4%)
Create your own visited map of Canada

visited 23 states (10.2%)
Create your own visited map of The World or Amsterdam travel guide for Android

  1. I'd like to try this. I have eight more US states to visit. I'd like to do one this year, but some of them are long trips. Michigan is the closest.

    1. And I have four states to hit in your direction. One of these days I really want to get to Rhode Island. And I have never been to Boston. And...

  2. I think mostly our travelling days are over. Will see what happens this year. Those maps are interesting. Best I did with Rhode Island was to drive through it. Worst part of the State I think. I spent a conference week in Boston some years ago.

  3. You should come to Kansas and visit me, then you could eliminate that one. I enjoyed your A To Z pictures!

    1. Thanks for the invitation! And I'm glad you enjoyed the pictures. I'll have flower photos if and when Spring ever comes.

  4. Oh my I have a ways to go-lol I have visited only 3 provinces of Canada-my home and beautiful land and not much of the states except NY, Mich, Mass, RI, Wash DC, Fl. Of course I have been to Europe but not as extensive as you so I need to catch up! It's funny I know few people who have been to South America. Even my well travelled friends have not been there yet. I just spoke to my friend who is back from Thailand and back at work. He is in Lake Louise (travel group) and he was enjoying a beautiful peaceful snowfall

    1. Alberta is at the top of my Canada list. But I still want to get to Hawaii and Alaska in US. I need to start packing.
