Wordless Wednesday: Grapes, not Gripes

My fascination is more with leaves in art works, but these all happen to feature grape leaves.

  1. I'm a great lover of both. grapes and vine leaves. I'm especially fond of Hebron black grapes, and of stuffed vine leaves. Of course, I'm attracted to works of art that feature these two foodies(those in the last picture well resemble my preferrable grapes and their leaves).

    1. We have lots of wild grape vines around here. Many families from the Middle East who live here go around picking off the leaves for stuffing. I love red grapes, but they are pretty pricey around here.

    1. I figured after my last few posts I needed to shut up.

  3. I like the grape pix. Of course I prefer my grapes juiced, fermented and put in a bottle. I also love stuffed vine leaves. Reminds me of a story. Will blog it.

    1. I enjoy the fermented kind. Unfortunately, I fall asleep after one glass. Now I have a craving for stuffed grape leaves. Luckily, there is a Lebanese restaurant just down the road.
