World Photography Day

Today is World Photography Day which I learned by reading Alana's blog, Ramblin' with AM.  I do not usually get a chance to post in the morning, but today is an exception.  I decided to post pictures of the things I blog about, travel, gardening, deer..

So, I opened my photo files, picked a country, and decided to post this photo from my trip to Tallinn, Estonia:

And my garden of green from last year when it rained all the time:

The dreaded deer out for a stroll:

And last, but not least, a photo of food.  Simply fruit and cheese.
Grab a glass of wine and have a great week-end.

  1. I really, really liked the last picture. Kidding aside, I liked all the pictures.

  3. I've never been to Estonia. How pretty! As for deer--we had a group like that walking through our front yard yesterday...even a tiny baby deer like the one in the picture! It reminded me winter is coming--when the weather gets cold, they jump our fence and sleep in our back yard. I have to check to make sure they aren't out there before letting my dog out in the morning.

    1. I used to have six of them wintering in my yard. Now it is all fenced in just to keep them out. There was a fawn lying dead in the road this morning, probably hit by a car.

  4. You are such a dear for Shari g this with us...sorry. I am always fawning over where you have travelled...ok I'll stop:) I would love to visit that city. A good friend of mine has been there twice. Your garden pics are amazing even if the deer and the lack of rain did some damage this year. The deer almost look fake...like you ought them and placed them there. The food looks divine....when are you having us over?😊😊

    1. Tallinn was a wonderful surprise. I wish we had spent more time there but who knew how lovely it was. Chased the deer out of the front yard early this morning. Guess they thought I was sleeping in today. The cheese tray is from a party I threw several years ago. Stop by anytime.
