It Takes a Village

My computer has been having Christmas hiccups.  Too much eggnog???  Anyway, this is just a quick post of my Christmas village before it decides to go wonky again.

Years ago I did ceramics.  Many, many years ago.  A few of the pieces, like the train tracks set, were purchased, but most of the houses were painted by moi.  I'll be curious to see Charlie's reaction to the village occupying his play area on Christmas Day.

The Nutcrackers standing guard:

I still have other Christmas photos, more Santas. to post.  Maybe later today.

  1. I have always wanted a Nutcracker. Bit late to bother now I guess. Love your village. Hope Charlie likes it.

  2. Wow! Charlie is going to receive further evidence of just how talented his Grandma is. The look on his face when he wakes up to see all of these will be priceless.

    1. I haven't put mine up for the last few years, but when I saw yours on your blog I was inspired to drag it upstairs.
