  1. I love fall colours. We seem to be getting some different coppery colours this year. Not sure what trees, but very pretty.

    1. I wish I had thought more about fall color when I planted my lindens. Pretty trees but not so much in the fall. Some oaks or red maples would have been much nicer.

  3. Lovely colors. We don't have much color change in the fall here, but love to go up to NC to see it when we can. Thanks for dropping by and commenting on my blog... Happy holidays!

  4. What is lovely about your pictures is that you are able to identify the trees. Me - I just point and say "oh, what a lovely tree!" Now I need to learn these names. I do know maples, and we have some spectacular ones right now in upstate New York. Alas, another few days and they all will be asleep until next year. Alana ramblinwitham.blogspot.com

    1. Well, I know maples and what is growing in my yard. I usually have to do some digging to identify someone else's plants. Nearly all our leaves are down and once the rain hits tomorrow we probably will have none left.

  5. Gorgeous! Autumn is my favorite season. The leaves are just starting to turn here, but because of the chill temps they’re falling to the ground rather than staying on the trees. I’m waiting for the Ginkos to change in the park downtown—so beautiful. When I see that sea of yellow, I’ll know fall is really here.
