I'm Growing a Monster

My wisteria 'Amethyst Falls' when I planted it in May, 2012:

After one season in 2013:

This week as it starts to rebloom:

I think I need to read up on how to prune this monster.

  1. Once it's fully in blossom, it will look gorgeous. Since learning a few gardening things from you I see Hostas everywhere as well as a lot of day lilies. In fact we have quite a few of both in the flower beds around the apartment building.

    1. The wisteria was beautiful in the first bloom. This one will be less spectacular. I think hostas and daylilies are the most common plants seen in landscaping. They both require little care and are pleasant to look at.
