Hitting the Road

With six days to go before I start 'hitting the road' with my travel blog for the A to Z challenge, I have changed the look of my web page.  I have switched to a background that has a 'road' in it.

Google blogger offers many different templates.  There is always something new to try.  I always enjoy seeing what others have chosen for their blogs, though for the life of me I don't know why anyone would want to read white letters on a black background, but that is just me.

About once a month or so I will just start scrolling through the 'next blog' choice at the top of the page.  I am guessing that more than half of the pages I hit have not had new posts in a year or more.   Does that mean that once I stop writing this my blog will be here for eternity?

I used to have three different websites.  One that was personal, one for my political office before the township had its own website, and one for a committee I ran for the Michigan Finance Officers.  Once I closed those sites, those pages disappeared.  But what about a blog?  Will I be here forever?

Anyway, today I will spend some time here preparing more posts.  My yoga class was canceled so that class members who have to cook for Passover could do so without missing a class, which we will make up later.

Are you ready to ride with me?
